When to Arrive
New students: Plan to arrive 25 minutes before your first scheduled class to complete a one-page health questionnaire, and review it with the instructor.
Enrolled students: Plan to arrive fifteen minutes early to be seated at the start of class. Class begins with a centering meditation.
Latecomers should remain quietly seated in the studio entry area until the meditation is over to avoid disturbing the class.

- Avoid perfume and dangling jewelry
- Tie back long hair.
What to Bring
The studio supplies all the equipment you will need to attend class. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your personal yoga mat.
Come with an empty belly and a desire to learn!
Note that while the studio is temporarily closed during the COVID-19 pandemic: the simple props that you will need for Zoom class will be designated in the email confirmation form.
Health Concerns
Students with serious injuries or health problems must consult with the instructor prior to the day of the first class. You will only be admitted to class at the discretion of the instructor.
Prenatal Yoga

The best time to begin yoga is before becoming pregnant, to allow time to learn how to modify the poses that encourage conception.
Healthy pregnant students (not high risk) are accepted in all classes and are assisted with modified poses as pregnancy progresses to follow along with the rest of the class.
Please inform the instructor of your pregnancy prior to the day of your first class.
